Managing weight and eating healthy can be difficult and overwhelming for a variety of reasons. This class is led by a Registered Dietitian, and will teach you the fundamentals of weight management, including healthy eating for optimal weight and health. There are three major components of weight management: nutrition, physical activity, and stress management. Each class will incorporate all three components, with a major emphasis on nutrition and general healthy eating.
