This course will help to develop and promote a more effective team culture by allowing leaders to better understand team development and effectiveness, and the role of conflict within teams. As a result of taking this course, you will be able to identify the 7 C’s of team effectiveness, explain the role conflict plays among teams, demonstrate effective communication amid team conflict, and discuss the pros and cons of positive error culture within your organization/agency. This course is approved for 3.75 CEUs by the NV Board of Examiners for Social Workers, and the NV Board of Examiners for MFTs & CPCs.
