Fashion Accessories

Fashion accessories are a $95 billion per year business in the U.S. Accessories such as belts, jewelry, masks, gloves, handbags, hats, neckties, and scarves can elevate a designer’s style and add pizazz while completing a memorable, fashionable appearance. This hands-on and playful fashion class will provide information on the accessory industry, offer insight into creating an accessory business, and walk you through the process of fashion accessories design, sample development, and production. Projects: You will design and construct at least three of the following: 1.Slippers, 2.Belts, 3.Handbag, 4.Wallet, 5.Hat. Step-by-step directions with photos will help guide you through the design and fabrication process.
