This class will explore the artifacts made by five creative people: artists whose work has involved either brilliant colors or three-dimensional constructions. The purpose of this class is to support and nourish your own creative process. The people we will study in this course have demonstrated an ability to see and then transorm everyday materials. This ability is called "being creative". Let's look at who they are and what they have created. This class is both lecture/discussion and hands-on. You will learn more about each person, examine some of their works and then use similar materials to create your own works of art.
