Soapbox features guest speakers each week, chosen for their expertise and perspectives on a broad range of topics drawn from the headlines and relevant to your lives as Nevadans. Government, business, and other community leaders provide their take on politics, social and environmental challenges, arts and culture, and community service. This class allows you to dig a little deeper into the news stories of the day, and vibrant open discussion is always an important part of Soapbox. Please note that the "That's YOUR Opinion" panel discussion series moderated by Dave Lavery will return in the Fall. Soapbox is part of the Campus & Community Speaker Series.
