A Journey Through Our Food System (Maryland)

This class ia s series of hands-on workshops based upon clinical analysis of how our food system does and does not work. Topics include: Our Food's Journey, Nutrition Waste, Reduction Strategies, Public Policy, At-Home Food Processing, Hydration and more! Center activities (with snacks) and discussion. Engage with our food system on the local, state, federal and global scales.
