After leaving Alaska as it's Deputy Director of Elections, she became a senior level consultant leading international observation missions, and providing direct assistance to election officials in 39 countries. Her most challenging assignment was rebuilding the voter rolls in war-torn Bosnia & Herzegovina and supervising all the country's national and local elections in compliance with the Dayton Peace Accords after the war.
