Jim Cathey	Jim Cathey holds a BA in Sociology from the University of California, Berkeley and a Graduate Certificate in Teaching of English as a Foreign Language from San Diego State. He is an experienced Instructor of English as a Foreign Language and English as a Second Language. Jim worked with the International Consortium of Education and Affairs in Bonn, Germany, and is an IAPC International Agent Trained Counselor and Higher Education Academic Trained Counselor. Additionally, he is a member of the African Diaspora Development Institute, California Chapter.
