Richard Berman	Dr. Richard Berman fulfilled his military obligation by receiving a commission with the United States Public Health Service and was assigned to the Navajo Reservation. In this post, he developed a deep respect for the Navajo and other tribal nations as well. Since then, he has worked as a psychotherapist, clinical supervisor, and as a mental health clinic director. During his last ten years of active professional work, he served on the faculty at UNLV.
