Amy Peterson	Amy Peterson is a retired CCSD teacher & literacy specialist. Now a full-time volunteer for the Alzheimer's Association, she facilitates caregiver support groups, presents classes throughout the valley, and advocates for Alzheimer/dementia-related legislation at both national and state levels. Her passion is fueled by her experience as primary caregiver to her husband, an airline pilot who developed Alzheimer's disease and died much too young.
