She has studied various wellness and healing modalities, including Donna Eden Energy Medicine, Reiki, Silva Mind Control, Taoist Mudras(Jiu-Jitsu), EFT, Creative Energy Wizardry, Theta Healing and the Emotion Code and Body Code.
