Exploration of various techniques like mindfulness, relaxation exercises, physical therapy and alternative therapies come into play. Learn how nutrition and physical activity can help reduce pain and improve overall well-being. The class will also touch upon collaborating with healthcare providers to create a comprehensive pain management plan.
